The Huddersfield Repair Cafe is continuing its tour of the town, with the July cafe taking place in Salendine Nook, at the Laund Hill Community Club (formerly Huddersfield YMCA).
As always, the cafe takes place from 11AM to 3PM. There’s plenty of parking space available at Laund Hill, so bring along your broken appliances, electrical items, furniture, toys,
electronics, lights and whatever else you want to keep out of the
landfill! (No microwaves, however – health and safety prevents us from cracking these open).
We’ll also have our clothes fixer with us, so bring along any fabrics, materials or clothing that needs sewing or repairing. Note this is for repairs only, not alterations.
